Our eggs come from our own hens, who roam freely among the olive trees and spend their days foraging for insects, seeds, and whatever else they can find in nature. When needed, we supplement their diet with a mix of barley, wheat, corn, and oats.

Above all, we believe it is important for them to live a natural and peaceful life, with plenty of space to roam freely and without unnecessary stress. We believe that happy, well-cared-for hens produce better eggs — and these are the very same eggs we eat at home.
